This privacy policy applies to the Airspace Overload app (hereby referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Pavel Golovatenko-Abramov (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider") as a free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application does not collect personally identifiable information such as your real name, email address, phone number, or precise device identifiers.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?No. The Application does not collect precise location data.
How is information stored and transmitted?The Application transmits usernames and gameplay data to servers operated by the Service Provider using standard internet protocols.
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are taken to protect this data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?The Service Provider does not sell, trade, or rent user data.
Data may be processed or stored using third-party infrastructure providers (such as cloud hosting services) strictly for the purpose of operating the Application.
Public display of informationUsernames and associated gameplay performance (such as scores or completion times) are publicly visible within the Application (for example, on global leaderboards).
Users are advised not to use personally identifiable information as their username. The Application may provide automatically generated usernames as an alternative.
What are my opt-out rights?Because leaderboard functionality is a core part of the Application, it is not possible to use the Application without submitting gameplay data and a username.
You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application.
Data retentionThe Service Provider may retain usernames and gameplay data for as long as necessary to provide leaderboard functionality and improve the Application.
ChildrenThe Application is not intended to knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
Since usernames may be user-provided, children should be instructed not to include personal information in usernames.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider at dev@pgolo.com so that appropriate action can be taken.
SecurityThe Service Provider takes reasonable steps to safeguard the data collected through the Application. However, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.
ChangesThis Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the changes.
